  Product Recall - Certain Copies of Chart JP1055A - Northern Part of Nagoya Ko.

  Certain copies of Admiralty Chart JP1055A Northern Part of Nagoya Ko have been printed with anomalies to the magenta information. The affected batches are identified by the date of printing on the thumb label on the reverse of the chart, which will be as below and any dates in-between:
  - 22nd September 2011, shown as 09/22/2011
  - 28th October 2011, shown as 10/28/2011

  All of the print runs listed above are being recalled

  Admiralty Chart Distributors have been informed of this issue and provided with enough correct charts from a later print batch to replace your chart.

  You should take the following action:
  - Check your chart inventory and remove any copy of JP1055A with the dates referenced above.
  - Tear the thumb label from the chart, as this may be required by your Admiralty Distributor, and destroy the chart.
  - Contact your Admiralty Distributor to inform them that you have one of the affected charts and require a replacement.

  All customers who have been supplied with an affected chart will be provided with a correct replacement free of charge through their distributor, who may require the thumb label from the chart in order to verify the batch.
